How i reduce the tummy's fat?
1. If you drink alcohol particularly beer stop drinking immediately.
2. Stop eating oily food stuffs and too spicy food. Find out all the sources of fat from your food and stop them immediately. For e.g. if you use buffaloes milk stop it and take lean cows milk etc.
3. Begin to eat less amount of food gradually and always keep space for more food that you wouldn't consume. This will shrink your stomach and intestine as well giving you the desired result
4. Sleep on your tummy instead of facing straight up
5. Climb staircases and do a lot of brisk walking / swimming.
6. Bend your body straight and try to touch your toes with your fingers.
