Is my diet plan ok to reduce belly fat?
I am 26 years old, weighing 80 kg/177 pounds with a slightly hanging belly. Since the last two weeks I have been doing HIIT 3 times a week and Weights three times a week and and relax on sunday. I want to know if the following diet schedule is fine to complement my workout:-
Breakfast:-
1 cup of tea with a slice of brown bread
Before lunch:-
Almond snack- 10 almonds in all
Lunch:-
Chicken sausage sandwich (brown bread) – sauage is steam cooked and the sandwich has no mayonaise
After lunch:-
1 medium sized apple
Evening tea:-
1 cup of tea with 2-3 digestive biscuits
Before workout:-
1 glass of orange juice
Dinner:-
1/2 or 3/4 plate of rice with stew/curry
Besides this I have 3-4 cups of green tea and drink lots of water. Please advice me whether my diet plan is suitable for losing belly fat.
